Tatmar Ventures Inc. (the “Company”) – The Company wishes to announce that the board of directors of the Company has approved a change of name of the Company to “Highway 50 Gold Corp.”. The change of name has been approved by the TSX Venture Exchange and will be made effective on July 29, 2011. The common shares of the Company will commence trading under the new name at market open on July 29, 2011 under the new trading symbol “HWY”.
