Mr. Leask has a Bachelor of Applied Science in geological engineering from the University of British Columbia (1985) and is a Professional Engineer. Gordon is also a founder and former President of Goldrock Mines Corp. as well as a founder and former director of White Knight Resources Ltd. which was acquired by U.S. Gold Corp. (now McEwen Mining Inc.) in 2007 for $160 million.

He was founder, Chairman, and director of White Knight Resources Inc. which was acquired by U.S. Gold Corp., (now McEwen Mining Inc.) in 2007 for $160 million. Mr. Leask was also a founding director of Goldrock Mines Corp. Mr. Leask is a director of Regulus Resources Inc.

Megan Cameron-Jones has over 30 years experience in providing regulatory and management services to public companies. She is also the Corporate Secretary of Aldebaran Resources Inc. and Regulus Resources Inc. For 23 years, Megan was a director and officer of Goldrock Mines Corp. which was acquired by Fortuna Silver Mines in 2016 for $130 million. She was also a director and officer of Pachamama Resources Inc. which merged with Regulus in 2012.

Mr. Reynolds is a professional geoscientist with over 33 years of experience working on exploration and mining projects in Canada, USA, Bolivia, Argentina and Guyana. He specializes in the conception and management of mineral exploration ventures. He has 26 years of experience managing public companies as both a director and/or executive officer. Paul was formerly Chairman of Athlone Energy Ltd., which was sold to Daylight Energy Ltd. in September 2008. He is currently a director of Azincourt Energy Inc. (TSX-V), Cairo Resources Inc. (TSX-V), Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (TSX-V) and Taiga Gold Corp. (CSE). Paul holds a B.Sc. degree in geology from the University of British Columbia (1987) and is a member of Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia since 1992.

Mr. Rees has 40 years experience as an estimator and project manager, with much of that time focused on feasibility studies, construction, and upgrades in the mining sector. Notable projects include the Red Chris copper-gold mine for Imperial Metals, the Eagle Gold mine for Victoria Gold, the Diavik diamond mine (BHP), and the Musselwhite gold mine (Placer-Dome). Mr. Rees was a principal or significant owner in the firms that supervised major portions of the aforementioned construction projects.
